Nice rug, but had several issues when it arrived.

“True to size and has a small annoying smell that has been hard to get rid of. Also, it sheds tremendously bad - these little small white strings. I've had it for a week now, I vacuum everyday and still comes out in hand fulls. Also had some dirty spots that are very noticeable. Almost looks like this rug had been used, before shipping to me. I contacted Customer Service about all these issues two days after receiving, however they told me nothing could be done about it.”

Very nice color combo, it SHEDS HORRIBLY!!

“The color combo is very nice. However, the rug I received seemed used or poorly made. It had several dark dirty spots on the rug. The biggest problem is the shedding and lint that comes from the rug. And I can't get it to stop, even with vacuuming everyday. (Pictures of my vacuum after each use.) It tracks everywhere, including our clothes and my dog. I couldn't get Customer Service to help with replacing or cleaning.”
