“I bought this rug because the floor model at the store was very soft. It shows up and after opening it, I notice one of the long sides and one of the short sides is discolored with a green-ish tint to it. It looked as though the packaging may have gotten wet and the ink from it bled through onto the outside portion of the rolled up rug, or maybe discolored from sitting in the sun. I don't really know, but whatever the cause, customer service keeps me online for an hour telling me it's not discolored and I have to pay to return it. They finally agree to let me donate it, but they process a replacement instead of giving me my money back and now I have to wait to see if the replacement is also discolored.”
