Terrible Customer Service Corporate Structure

“The rugs is great, but once we tried it out on our living room the colors look more beige-yellow than grey. My biggest issue is that Ashley does not have a great customer service structure. The representative were polite, but the Corporation does not make it easy for returns. In that sense Ashley needs major improvement. The agent did not follow through their promise to email the return label as promised. They mentioned that I (the customer) would have to possible cover a return fee.That is an inconvenience, and not even Crate and Barrel or West Elm (more high end furniture stores) do that. Never again will I but something from Ashley”

“This rug is amazing. It’s a lot more plush than I thought it would be for the price. It’s not fully white— it has a beige grain that goes throughout but I actually like it better! Obsessed with it honestly.”
