“"We bought this product on 11/01/25 and it's now 02/16/25, and it still hasn't arrived. We've visited the store about 3 times to find out what's going on, but the customer service ladies haven't helped. The truth is, I don't understand how there isn't someone in charge of after-sales service. If it weren't for us visiting the store and calling on the phone, no one would have known that the rug never arrived on the expected date, which was supposed to be 4 to 7 days after the purchase. It's been more than a month, and we still haven't received it. The manager's response: it's FedEx's fault, or this or that, instead of acknowledging that they don't follow up on what they sell. And finally, because it's from a third party, if you're going to sell third-party products, as a manager, make sure what you offered arrives on time to avoid tarnishing your store's reputation. Bad, bad. Finally, they told us that they could only redo the purchase on Monday, 02/17. This feels like a joke from the store, especially when you've been a customer for years. Bad, bad. The customer service staff at the store tried to help us, but it was beyond their control. They need to review what they're selling and follow up on it."”
