“I've had 2 of these area rugs 1 in my living room and the other in my dining room for over 5 years and I love them! So much so I wanted to replace them for a freshening up with the exact same rugs. I went to the Toms River store who is advertising STORE CLOSING FOREVER so I thought I would get a good deal, NOT %20 off of store price not any great discount PLUS shipping!??? There is no shipping if bought on line. I even offered to pick it up in the store and was told it's a standard shipping either way and would have to pay it! The salesman was no help and made us feel like he didn't care! We furnished our entire house with this Toms River store and today they lost a very good customer!”

“We are very happy with the appearance of the rug.
The disappointment is there are several buckles in it that we were told when it was delivered would disappear in a few hours. It is weeks later, and we have actually gained more buckles. We assume it is due to the lower quality of the rug.”
