Can't return.

“This rating is mostly for the store not the quilt. I am renovating a family vacation home and thought I would try these. I bought two. The quilt is a little stiff but mostly, when I could finally see it, realized the colors aren't quite right. The problem is they aren't returnable even though they say you can and there is info in the shipping box to return. The instructions say you have to call to return and whe you do, they tell you they will send you an email with the return label. They never do. It has been 4 weeks and I have called multiple times and my money is still tied up in these quilts. Don't do business with Ashley unless you go directly to the store to purchase. Their online business is terrible for customer service.”

Terrible Customer Service!!

“I received this set for my son’s room on a Saturday. I waited until he was home to see it to make a decision. I called to initiate a return on Thursday morning - just over 3 business days and 5 calendar days later. It was still in all original packaging, not even unfolded. Ashley would NOT approve a return because it was past 3 business days?!?! What online retailer only gives you 3 days to decide on an item?? I am terribly disappointed and will NEVER buy from Ashley online AGAIN!!”
