“First order I received was just a box full of bags. After a few phone calls, I finally was able to get the pillow reordered for free and shipped. This pillow is pretty good for my chronic neck pain but is a pricey product. ”

Sad Pillow Story

“I'm giving this product a low rating because it was not what I expected. A few years ago my husband and I purchased two of your pillows. Those pillows were thick, heavy and were perfect for me, because I am very picky. Most pillows before that would satisfy me for only a few months, then I would have to get a new one. My first Stearns and Foster pillow held up for years instead of months. My pillow traveled with me and unfortunately I left it at a motel and was unable to retrieve it. I decided to order a new pillow from your company and, unfortunately, the pillow I got was nothing like my original pillow. It's very flimsy and for me is not comfortable to sleep on. There is really nothing wrong with the pillow except that it is not what I was hoping for. I'm very disappointed with my purchase, especially since I can't return it (which I totally understand).”

Comfy pillow and veratile

“I love that this pillow is down on one side and firmer on the other. It gives me options, depending on my sleep needs. I use the down side most of the time, because my neck has been sensitive to the firmer side lately, but the firm side is really good if you do a lot of side-sleeping.”

“These pillows are long (which is great) they are not as plush or even the quality I thought they would be. They feel flat and very unlike what a pillow should actually be. I had previous pillows from S&F that were so soft and plush yet had that memory foam type of feeling for the same prices range as these.. and those were truly my favorite. So to order these and not have the same experience was very unfortunate...especially for the price they are! These pillows are not the quality that S&F is known for. I hope they come back with the pillow products they have had in the past...because otherwise their beds and bases are the best!”

About the same as a pillow from Walmart

“I really wanted this pillow. I used one on vacation and loved it so much I asked for one as a gift. I’ve used it for about 6 months and have found myself feeling like I’m sleeping on nothing but fluff. SO Disappointed and such a waste of a TON of money! Zero neck. support. Would NOT recommend if you have any sort of neck pain. Plus they don’t do returns on pillows.”
