Terrible pillows and customer service

“I’m very disappointed. I was a few days late in requesting a return label because I wasn’t aware of their 72-hour return policy, and they refused to make a one-time exception to allow me to return poor-quality pillows. This was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.”
