THAT was the pillow that I really love. It was so comfortable and I had no neck problems when waking up. So the Flow 2.0 that I bought were a substitute. They're good, but they're not as good as the side sleepers”

“I have a horrible neck! It's to the point where I'm going to need surgery! This pillow has been a life saver for me! 2 years this October and I'm still in love! I'm going to purchase a new one, only because I feel the pillow case has finally stretched to the point where it's causing the pillow to loose it's structure a little and be not as supportive. I honestly wouldn't even notice but my neck is BAD! So any little thing affects me. I've been able to wash the pillow case in hot and dry on high which has tightened it back up. But I think I need a new one! Worth the money!!!!”

Very good back pillow; awful side pillow

“As a back pillow it’s great because if you’re sleeping on your back, a nice soft pillow is perfect. As a side pillow it was really uncomfortable. My head kept sinking into the pillow and gave me great neck pain. Those air vents mean zero support. Why this company doesn’t have a one piece medium firmness (not medium-soft nor medium-firm, just MEDIUM) memory foam pillow that isn’t cooling boggles the mind. Or cooling, whatever, I just find them useless in winter and have to change them out. Bottom line is, I always have to go back to using my Balance pillow and they don’t last very long. PS The test they give is not a conclusive nor reliable vehicle. I’m not sure why size “medium” automatically makes you a person who should use a #2 pillow but that’s a fallacy. Height, weight and frame also play into these calculations and they’re not used. I measure a #2 pillow according to this “quiz,” yet they are always too high for me. I wear a medium because my boobs are bigger. That should NOT matter to what size pillow you use.”

“I really want to like this. I actually do love the pillow but after a 3 months it starting hurting my neck. Then my whole body. It didn't hold it's shape. My husband got a 2 and his never broke in like we were told it would. He also developed neck, shoulder and back. Way to expensive.”
