Not as good as I hoped

“The mattress is decent, but nothing to rave about considering the high price. If I had been made aware of what is needed to get the maximum benefit from the bed, I would not have purchased it. I learned later, when I started considering returning the mattress that to get the full benefit of the cooling features and the mattress conforming to my body that you need to buy the over-priced cooling mattress protector and sheets. While we were told we had 90 days to return it, we weren't told that we could only exchange it for another Tempurpedic of the same or higher value.”
