Horrible Return Process

“I accidentally ordered the wrong size and can't use it. I've been trying for one month to make a return. Their process is awful. You call and request a return and wait 3-5 days for an email with return instructions (and you are responsible to pay for shipping). I have had to call three times and still have not been able to return.”
