“Absolutely love these pillows. Almost like a feather pillow, but much more comfortably. Very large, comfortable pillows that cradle your head now matter what position you sleep in. The "My Pillow" company make wonderful pillow cases that fit these Casper Pillows perfectly. These are my 2nd pair of the King Size Fiber Fill Pillows. Love the fist pair so much, I decided I wanted 2 more for a snuggle in and drift off to sleep experience. The Casper Fiber Fill Pillows are the only pillow I'll ever own. Wish they had invented these 40 years ago.”

When you separate the pillows, then they’re so flat it is like not even having a pillow. Still holds heat. I bought this pillow because it had good ratings for people with neck problems. It has made my neck problems 10 times worse my chiropractor even asked me what I was doing to not my neck up so bad. I told him I bought new pillows from Casper. I do not recommend this pillow to anybody whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money. .”

Also the return policy says you have to return them in the original packaging… they come shrink wrapped, so how exactly does one return like that after opening to determine this is the wrong pillow? These pillows are a huge waste of money and severely overrated. Do not buy.”

“The loft is not good, it flattens immediately with no bounce back against head when laying down, something has changed since they started making these. Also, they do not consider pillows a returnable item even it not used. I ended up removing the inner pillow of this new pack and replacing it with my 2021 Casper inner pillow, it was much better. Yes, you can wash the outer pillow but beware over time they begin to get lumpy even washing on gentle cycle. So now I steam cycle them only for refresh.
I Have been a loyal casper pillow customer since 2019 and I have several in my home but haven't bought new casper pillows since 2021.”
