I purchased the "Down Pillow

“I purchased the "Down Pillow Double Pack. " I did not enjoy the Down pillow, I found it flat and unsupportive. I attempted to return the second unused pillow. The second pillow is in its original sealed packaging. Casper would not accept the return for the second pillow. I would recommend anyone purchasing two (2) pillows to purchase them individually. If you don't, you can't return the second pillow. What a scam!”

“I had been looking for the PERFECT down pillows to replace some older feather pillows that needed to be retired. I was already a fan of Casper, wuth our king-size Casper mattress and several of the original Casper pillows, so I was sure we would love these, too.
And we weren’t disappointed! Our only challenge was finding good quality waterproof covers, as my spouse and I tend to sweat, and we wanted extra protection for them.
They are incredibly light. And soft and fluffy! Everything you except in a good down pillows!”

“I have enjoyed and have been grateful for the quality of the casper products. I must say that I am very disappointed in this down pillow. It felt halfway filled. There was no firmness to it at all. I tried it for half a night and had to switch pillows because it was hurting my neck. It was a waste of money to me.”

“Overall not a very good pillow. Pillow was very stinky when first taking it out of the package so I washed it and on top of it still being stinky the pillow was just not that comfortable. Needed constant fluffing to get a good nights sleep. Would not recommend to anyone.”
