Chenille 100% Cotton Comforter Set

“Really nice chenille comforter set in 100% cotton fabric with a polyester filling. It is a beachy and boho design. I added some blue pillows for a pop of color. The tag says do not iron so I would suggest to dampen the sham and ruble dry low to get the wrinkles out. The fabric is nice and thick. This is the kind of comforter set that is good for weather year round, warm enough for winter months but light enough for summer months.”

“This Madison park viola three piece queensize/full bedset is exactly what I have been looking for. I have been looking for a cotton comforter forever. They are so hard to find anymore. This one with the chenille is absolutely gorgeous! The white color goes with anything and is so fresh and crisp looking. I love the puffed up texture of the chenille. It really stands out. A couple things that stood out are the chenille texture, the softness of the comforter and the beauty it brings to my bedroom. I love the design too, it really does stand out. It really is an awesome comforter that is a great addition to any bedroom. I am so glad to have mine. It really looks great in my room. Highly recommend.”

Sleeping in Comfort Mostly!

“This is a very nice set with matching shams. I feel like I have a genuine nice comforter with matching shams set at last now. The thickness is just right for this season, which is Spring. The color is very easy on the eyes and goes with most other decor and colours on the wall. It has a beautiful design of chenille on the comforter and the shams. The quality is nice, but the only thing is the chenille was very slightly coming off. That was worrisome as I don't want it to enter my breathing passage ways while sleeping.
Other than that the size is nice, it overhangs on the bed in a proportionate length. There are no rips or stains anywhere. Love the shams' design where you put the pillow into. They are split on the back. You need to just tuck each side of the pillow into it rather than put the pillow in on the one side. Very different and unique of the designer to do that. The first night we slept with it on the bed was amazing. We didn't get the chenille all over but it was in the back of my mind that something would make me stop breathing if it had. I'm sure I'll get over that though as it is worth it to put on your bedroom set. Best new product in my life right now and proud to tell everyone who wants to hear it!”

Poor Customer Service and poor quality of the product

“The quality of the product is very poor. It looks very cheap. Also, was very difficult to return the item. In most places, the shipping labels can be simply printed. Here, you actually have to talk to someone online to be able to return the item. The agent was very slow and unhelpful. He asked for detailed pictures of the items. This was very very inconvenient because all the items were already packed in the boxes. It took me one hour to pack them. Why bother asking for pictures???? If there is anything wrong, simply do not refund the money. It is that simple. When I asked for name of the manager, the agent refused to give. I also did not get any email confirmation that the items were delivered. Overall, simple return of items turned to full time job during my free time, while in most of the places it takes 2 minutes.”
