“Awful…we opened the packaging and it smelled like burnt gasoline!!! My husband washed it twice and it still has that smell! Waiting for a refund from Ashely Furniture and a return label! We have to keep it out in the garage and it is now stinking up our garage! Beautiful to look at but the smell and scratchiness is just unbearable!!
No one buy this chemical filled product!! It’s Horrible!! What ever you used to make it is just messed up!!”

Would not buy again- bad customer service

“Fuzz goes everywhere. I want to return it. I wasted 30 mins on the online chat. I made two phone calls to their call center. I have the package it came in but not the shipping box so I was told it needed to be referred to some resolution team who will email me back in 3-5 days with a solution!!! So silly. No reply back yet…. Still waiting……”
