Terribly disappointed in service

“I was not happy with the bedding set. It was much darker than the picture depicted. Trying to return it has been a nightmare. The customer service department is not responsive. The person I spoke to by phone took the information then relayed it to another department who then emailed me with return instructions. I have sent several emails to them with questions and they have not responded. I will not order anything again from <a href="http://ashleyfurniture.com" target="_blank">ashleyfurniture.com</a>”

Didn''t match, having trouble returning it.

“It is a beautiful comforter, but didn't match my space as well as I had hoped. I have been having trouble returning it. I thought I could take it back to the store, but online items can't be returned that way. I have a pick up center for ASHLEY'S a few miles from my home, and am hoping I can return it there, but I can't get a response from the company. It will cost a considerable amount to return it through mail.”
