Can't get replacement cushions

“This is a beautiful set. The cushions are thick and dense, but after less than 2yrs use they are getting flattened out. I called Ashley to see how I could purchase replacement cushions but was told that was not possible since it was sold in a set. I'd like to know who made these cushions and possibly purchase them directly from the manufacturer.”

Great outdoor sofa! Just buy it!

“Ashley just delivered this sofa, all put together today. We love it! I’m 5’5” and daughter is 5’8” and we both think it is comfortable. Might be a bit deep seated for 5’3” and under but it makes you want to bring feet up and sprawl or lie down on it anyway. Base cushions are definitely firm but we like that. Back cushions can angle back against sloping wood frame and are thicker and soft yet supportive. Comes with 4 pillows that are too hard and thick in my view but look nice. I might remove some stuffing or put different throw pillows. We have a real bed pillow ready just inside for afternoon naps on this sofa! My daughter says she wants to sleep all night on it. Fabric is a weave and I read a review that it traps dirt easily, BUT I always cover my outdoor furniture with large cotton towels, which feel better and protect the cushions from skin oils, mosquito spray, dirt. Also on a screened in porch. I will attach photo but it is with my cotton blanket and towel already covering! I don’t feel like taking it off for the photo. You know what it looks like. It’s beautiful and good quality for the price.”

“For the price, I really cannot imagine anything better. We love the look and style of it but it also feels very solid and is quite comfortable. “I love the sofa but was very disappointed in the service. We placed an order and clicked the button for the $99 for the white glove service. We are elderly and carrying the couch and chairs would be difficult. Then a few days later we find the chairs delivered by Fed Ex in a box, unassembled, in the middle of our driveway. I called Ashley and they said they were only gong to assemble the couch. That was never said or implied when I agreed to pay $99 for assembly. I also would never had ordered it if I knew they were only going to assemble half the order.”

“I love this couch. I also purchased the 2 chairs to go with it. It looks fantastic on my outdoor, uncovered patio. The wooden frame is sturdy and seems well constructed. Assembly was needed, but it's not complicated. There's a little wrench included with the assembly bolts and caps, but I think if you have an electric drill with a 90-degree angle bit wrench tip it will be very helpful to use instead of the little manual wrench that comes with the assembly kit. The couch cushions are supple and firm, which I like because I think they will likely last longer than soft squishy cushions. I purchased some waterproof covers, separately, because it's damp outside where I live, and also to protect the furniture when it rains. I would recommend this purchse to others. The couch looks just like the photo in the website display.”
