I read reviews and noticed most complaints were from swivel chairs so I watched and delivery men assembled them and noticed some screws were loosely screwed in so asked that they tighten them because I didn’t want to compromise the chair with poor assembly. Double checked to make sure everything is properly assembled and I feel like they’re going to last a long time. The foot rests are from a different collection but as you can see they look identical to Beachcroft so it was a perfect fit for added comfort. Very happy with outcome, love the look and durability of the collection.”

The cushions are darker beige and the wicker is a lighter brown than the photos. Luckily for us, we actually wanted something lighter brown to match our firepit table so it worked out. The price is pretty reasonable compared with many other outdoor furniture options we looked at.”

“The couch is great , if you going to add the armless chair to the couch to make it larger ,do not buy .. The chair it self fits fine , the cushions are noticeably larger and softer , at least 2 inches higher and longer , with a little bit of pulling and tugging you can make it look presentable to stage . Once sat on and used they go back to original form of looking larger than others.. Also the chair cushions are ver soft and compress easy , the couch cushions are really firm and almost do not compress at all .. Both questions are very comfortable .however If you have half a cheek on one cushion and have half a cheek on the other cushion, you are sitting on a thirty degree angle sideways not comfortable at all the back rest also have same problem.. Also the chair cushions are lighter than the couch cushions. Definitely made in a different factory”

“We bought the 5 piece set for the patio, looked very nice at first. After the first year, mildew and weather stains started to show up, the fabric in the cushions started to tear apart. We bought the warranty but apparently these were "not covered occurrences". we had to get rid of the cushions as the fabric can not be washed (says so in the label) and Ashley do not sell cushions separately - good luck finding a curved cushion for the corner piece -. We are left with the set, no cushions and all that Ashley offered was to "buy a whole new set", no thanks!”

Needless to say, we’re thrilled with the look and comfortability of the couches and seats. We love the low table and side tables as well. The biggest issue was securing the coffee table and not the fire pit. With the thatch roof, I was a little skeptical about a fire pit. The other issue was that Ashley has pretty Awful lead times. So if you need your set before a special occasion you better order it well before you need it.”

The connecting piece is curved in the corner and NOT positioned at a right angle which is what I needed. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of trying to return it so like I said I got creative with placement. Very good quality and we’ll have it for years to come. I would highly recommend but make sure you have ample space for it if you purchase the sectional.”

“I’ve been searching for outdoor furniture for a while and I’m so happy I chose the Beachcroft collection. It’s high quality, beautiful design and very comfortable. I intend to add more pieces to make it into a sectional at some point. But for now I’m loving this sofa. My dogs love it too and clean up has been a breeze if their paws were dirty. I’m not sure how the cushions will hold up in the rain since my patio keeps it covered. No need to pay extra for white glove service, there was minimal assembly required. But delivery was excellent. This is my first purchase with Ashley and I’m very impressed. Just buy it. You will love it!”
