“As another reviewer has said, the cushion covers are pilling, our covers are doing the same thing.
The fabric when the furniture was first delivered felt wonderful but over time the seat cushions started to pill. The back cushions do not get the abuse the seats get, they seem to be ok. I do have zippers on our covers, looking into possible replacements. the cushions themselves are very comfortable. Overall, we very much enjoy the set despite one drawback.”

“We have been pleased with the look and feel of the sofa. The cushions are covered with a beautifully woven off white/ivory fabric that elevates the look of the sofa. It’s not the average outdoor fabric. It’s much prettier.
We’ve only had it for a month and it’s very comfortable. The problem that we are having is a strong chemical smell coming from it that just will not fade. The sofa is on a covered outdoor porch so fingers crossed that it will air out very soon so that it can be enjoyed more!”

“We were temporarily using this sofa indoors while waiting for the movers to deliver our belongings to our home. I almost wanted to keep it inside because it is a beautiful, casual piece. It wasn't difficult to assemble but would have been easier if our tools had arrived and been on hand. Allen wrenches consume more time and effort.
We've now been enjoying this sofa outdoors - it is comfortable and looks amazing - a quality piece. I bought covers, though, to protect the ivory cushions from droppings from both the tree overhead and birds. Very happy with it!”

“So disappointed, we bought this sofa a month ago and the cushions are already sagging and out of shape. This is advertised as indoor/outdoor but if you plan to use it heavily it’s not going to last. I’ve already had to look into replacing the cushions which is quite expensive, especially considering the price I paid for the sofa. I do like the look of the sofa and so far the frame seems to be quite strong, but they could have used a better product for the cushions.”

“I have been looking for a few years for just the right furniture for our back porch. When I stumbled on this I knew immediately this was it but the reviews sealed the purchase! The color of this set could be described as a soft gray with hints of brown but definitely not your standard wicker color(s). The cushions are a little firm but in a good way - they should not lose their shape too terribly fast - they also have a slight variegated coloring mixed in but nothing that would clash with your own color scheme. The pricing was all over the place when you start searching but Ashley had THE best pricing at the time of my purchase - so much so that I purchased a number of pieces. I also opted for premium delivery - very professional and well worth the cost. I would highly recommend the entire Beachcroft collection - it is very well made and just an overall beautiful southern style looking set.”
