“The furniture came scratched. Someone from customer service called asking how it went. Let her know that it came damaged. Was told someone would call me the next day and they never did. We gave Ashely one more chance since the last time we bought patio furniture it damaged within the first year and no one would help.
Now it came damaged and still no help. We have spent thousands and yet it has been a disappointment.”

“Happy it was on a drastic price cut when I bought it, I expected it to be more comfortable but it's average at best, swivel chair is already showing signs of wear in the frame and it's only been a month since I purchased. I don't see this stuff lasting a long time”

“It went together easily. The quality is very good. The fabric is soft. The cushions are extremely firm and the area for seating is not deep. So if you want an upright, firm couch then this would be perfect. I was hoping for something for loungy, and didn't get that.”

“The Paradise Trail sofa is perfect for my covered outdoor space.it gives a more traditional vibe but can definitely be more transitional. The poly wicker is “darker” medium brown color and it definitely looks more like real wicker compared to other outdoor poly wicker pIeces. The cream/tan/light beige textured cushions feel like an indoor upholstery piece. The cushions are thick and firm, and very comfortable. it comfortably seats 3 adults. I think Ashley did a great job on this piece. if you purchase it, I think you will love it! I wasn’t thrilled to pay so much for one piece, but I’m happy with it and my family is enjoying it. We’ve sat outside on the sofa almost every day since we got it. You get what you pay for.”

“The couch and one of the chairs were in great condition, but the other chair had a problem with a bracket that was welded incorrectly which caused the chair to lean slightly to the right. I called Ashley and they sent out a repairman who diagnosed the problem and ordered a new part, which was shipped to my home. I rescheduled the repairman to return and install the part. If all goes well the chair will be as good as the others and the set will be something I am pleased with, and can recommend. Otherwise it is a very good product for the money.”
