“I've had my furniture for approximately three years now. The cushion backs are not holding up due to the thin insert material inside. I have two chairs and the three seater sofa. For the price of the furniture, I am not happy with the quality of the cushions. This set should not be considered as outdoors, not even if it's protected underneath a back porch like mine is.”

“It came with part of the wood frame unfinished- I contacted customer service at Ashley and was told that they do not service outdoor furniture! They sell it but don’t guarantee that it will come as described. What a policy!”

“It is great except that my Yorkie dog already chewed the arm. I did not expect the wood to be so soft. The sofa is good but it only came with white cushions and I have dogs that like to get up on it so I had to cover it with a black plastic cushion and seal the fabric so that it would not stain. The delivery guys were excellent and set it up for us.”

“The set is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the fabric is VERY scratchy! I will be looking into replacing the cushions. They are sturdy and the fabric cleans up well from the occasional marks from our dog. It's on the firm side, but the cushions sit up well and stay in place. Too bad the fabric is very rough.”

“Love the furniture, but will never order from Ashley ever again. I kept seeing this Carter Hall set advertised on social media so I went to the Daytona Beach store and ordered it in September. I waited patiently 5-6 weeks to get it. I ordered the couch seating set and then I got 4 additional chairs and 2 end tables. I got a call that everything was in except 1 end table and did I want to wait for it to come in? I said no go ahead and deliver it. The deliver drivers were awesome and set everything up. It looked great. Then after 3 weeks and opening a ticket to find out about my missing end table I got a call and was told it wasn’t available anymore and wouldn’t be getting it. I explained it was the same end table as the Clare View and would just like one end table to complete my seat. Well they don’t sell the end table separately and the set looks strange out there now. I have 4 chairs and 1 end table. So yeah is it something minor in the grand scheme of life…sure. Ashley lies.”
