“I bought this set and love it. I was looking for a larger size bistro set for outside my front porch- this set is perfect. The quality and the price are excellent. I love shopping at Ashley's. I ordered it on line and and free shipping to my home, I had help assembling it as I am disabled. I am looking forward to many days of enjoyment sitting at my new patio set.”

Ashley's systems outdated

“Went to my local store to see if this was on display, but it was not. Manager was unable to order it for me and told me I would have to order online. Website allowed me to do so, and I got a tracking number a couple of days later. A couple of days after this I got an email saying my credit card had been refunded. Confused, I called Ashley and was told the item was out of stock and the order was cancelled. Needless to say, this whioe process was extremely customer unfriendly, and could have been prevented if the listing on the website had simply been marked as out of stock from the beginning. Obviously their systems are behind the times. Took my business elsewhere”
