Awful return policy!

“Not happy! They were bigger than expected. I have tried to return. I called but because I didn’t call within 72 hrs of receiving them yet it was 7 days after delivery (which is within the 30 days stated on their website) the customer service told me I cannot return. I has to send picture and waiting to see if it is even possible. Very very disappointed. Their website is very misleading with their return policy. Last purchase I’ll be making.”

“I need to exchange one of the wicker chair covers. It must have been returned before because it was not a new item. It is missing one of the Velcro fasteners for the leg and the label is missing - the other 2 covers are fine.
How do I get a return shipping label? What is your return / exchange policy. Please advise”
