“If I could give you a 0 I would. I cancelled the order 2 weeks ago yet it was still delivered. I am trying to return but your system has failed me forcing me to travel through a gauntlet. I would not recommend you. Bad business practice.”

Chair Cover Tie Down Issue

“Cover fits the chair nicely, however, the velcro tie downs at each leg are for chairs with skinny, not block legs. I had to jury rig the 2 front sets of tie downs together to get a secure fit. This is different from the sectional cover which is brilliant and has straps that connect from back to front underneath the sections of the sectional.”

Won’t return they don’t fit!

“That don’t fit even though they were recommended on the site for the chairs I bought. They won’t let me exchange them even though they are unused and still in the box. Had them for 3 weeks. (They came when I was out of town). They said there’s a 72 hour return window even though it doesn’t say that anywhere on receipt or website. Customer service is aweful!”
