“I received 4 of the 6 chairs on Friday. I called Friday to find out when the remaining 2 chairs and the table will be delivered and was told it would be tomorrow (Tuesday) by the end of day. I didn’t receive a confirmation on the first delivery. I’ll withhold my rating until I receive the rest of my order.”

“I would give zero stars if I could, not for the product but for the customer service (or lack there of) I changed my mind about this purchase & cancelled inside the 48 hour window but my card was charged AFTER the cancellation and delivered over the next week. Three customer service calls and multiple chats via text and Ashley provided no solve. I finally had to cancel the payment through my bank. Today FedEx showed up to pick up the goods still no communication from Ashley. I won’t be looking to purchase from this business in the near future.”

“I ordered this dining set for a bachelorette pool party at my home and all I received was the table. I called Ashley Furniture and was told the chairs weren’t sent so they have to do a case claim. The party is in 3 days. They charged my credit card for the whole amount. Now I either have to return the table and hope I receive the 6 chairs at some point or go find another dining set.”

We were not notified that they would be shipped separately plus we only had one tracking number for 4 packages. If we would have known they were coming separately there would have been no issues at all!”

“Great patio table and chairs. Also bought the matching market umbrella. Super easy to assemble. I had help with the table..took less then 10 min. I did all the chairs on myself..took less than 30 minutes. It took longer to unpack the chairs than to put them together!! Which means they were expertly packed to prevent damage. Shipping was fast. Best of all was the price. I never expected such great quality for such a low price.”
