Disappointed and upset

“I am very disappointed with these chairs !! The workmanship is horrible. There are bad places on both seats & they feel like they should be sanded & just redone . And to get some of the pieces to fit my husband had to sand them . For the amount of money I spent I am very upset .”

Looks Nice But....

“This is definitely a beautiful chair for my patio, but the "rocker" part is a huge let down. It barely rocks back, and not comfortably at that. Its not a true "rocking chair" at all .
Had high hopes for rocking the grandbaby, but i'm having to use my old faithful front porch rocker for that !”

“I love the lines of this chair and the generous seat. BUT it is not properly finished, there are places where the wood is actually raw! It would never stand up as a porch piece. The sale price was enticing but it was a good buy.”

Great chair...if you get the right parts!

“The chair itself would rate five stars, but the problem with parts drops the rating. We ordered two chairs. One was completely fine, not to difficult to assemble and looked great. The other chair had one part with holes drilled all the way through so they were visible on the outside (they aren't supposed to be), and the two base pieces were identical, not mirror images as they should have been, so additional holes would have had to be drilled, once again visible on the outside. I was provided an apology and sent a replacement chair. That chair also had identical parts, not mirrored...and the same identical parts as the first chair. I drilled the additional holes and assembled it, and asked for just the one single part that was wrong. Apparently they can't do that, so now a fourth chair is on the way. (I will be assembling and donating the two chairs that have the extra holes, per suggestion by the company).”

Great looking chair if you don't get too close

“This chair is an absolutley beautiful shape, the arms are graceful, the rockers sleek in design. I bought this for the generous curved seat and and high back. It is currently in my family room in need of a cushion for more comfortable tv time. The huge downfall of this piece is the lack of a proper finish. It is poorly sanded, stained a very orangy color and has virtually no finish. It needs to be completely sanded down, stained a more current color and several coats of marine varnish. Just because it is stained to look like teak doesn't mean it can take the sun and rain like teak. I fell in love with the shape and size of the chair, so after spending $250+, I will take on a major refinishing project. If you go for it, refinish the pieces before assembly. I am a 70 y.o. Woman and assembled it by myself except for the last 3 screws which did not line up. It is a little creaky, like me, when sitting down, hope that stops when reassembled.
I can't recommend this chair, unless you are looking for a major project, but I love the look, so I will get out the sand paper.'”

“Wow a nice roomy and very attractive chair. I am using it on my porch, but will bring it in and put a cushion on for indoor use after summer is over. really like the color too. Often photos on websites aren’t the best but this one was spot on and I am super pleased with my new chair. Everyone loves it!”

“My daughter was trying to put it together and found out the holes don’t match where the screws are supposed to connect. If one screw is in a hole the other screw is an inch or so off. I would like to have it picked up and replaced asap.”

Wonderful surprise for Mom

“This was a gift for my mother whose rattan rocker was falling apart. I assembled it, sneaked over to her house, placed it on her patio with a little bag of goodies, and then called her when I got back home. Told her to go have a look on her patio. She was STUNNED, and loved it! She immediately sat in it, and said that although it was comfortable, it needed a seat pad, which she had. She was absolutely thrilled with it, and with the summer months winding down, she's been spending a lot of time on her patio. I thought she needed a nice new comfortable rocker. This was it. Very pleased, and I know she was, too.”
