“Beautiful item; looks great in an outdoor setting.
Two issues: one, the package was badly damaged in shipping, with half of the screws and bolts loose in the package. Two, if you have ever assembled this item, you know that the bolt that inserts at the rear of the chair arm through the chair back has to fit into a nut that slips between the outer slat of the chair back and the second slat of the chair back. Problem is that the space between those two slats is too small for the Allen wrench. We had to cut the wrench with a hacksaw to get it to fit in the space.
But I would order it again very readily.”
