Worst customer service/return policies don’t buy from Ashley!

“One of the parts came damaged, your store wants me to pay for shipping back to you. This cost is high. To add salt to the wound I found the items on Home Depot web site for $40 less and they would allow me to return to the store locally. So in summery I paid more and your return process is less then customer friendly. Will never buy from your company again and quite sorry I did for this purchase.”
