“I ordered 2 and one arrived with all the screws and washers missing. I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get help just to be told that a special case needed to be opened. It's been a week and I still haven't heard from the "specialist" who is meant to help me. I don't feel confident I will get the missing pieces as it's been a week and I don't even know if they're sending them. I won't be orderin g from Ashley Furniture again.”
