“I ordered 3 of the same items and was sent 2 of them and another item that looked similar but was not what I ordered. Different item number and different sized box. That item was not the same quality. I am highly disappointed. Why didn’t they email me if there was an issue with my order? I needed it for a project that I was completing. Very unprofessional.”
