Wrong color - terrible customer service

“I was sent black instead of white. I didn’t open for 2 weeks because I was moving - and when I called to exchange for correction color, I was told nothing could be done after 72hrs from delivery. Now I’m trying to figure out how to return them but it’s impossible to do online, so I get to call these unhelpful people back again.”
