Uncomfortable bar stools, Horrible return policy and customer service

“The barstools are very nice looking, but when we received them and sat in them, they are uncomfortable and it feels like you slide right out of them. We received them from Ashley the Friday afternoon of Memorial weekend, and when we called Tuesday morning to request a return, they refused, citing a “72 hour return window” that is in the fine print of your purchase. So, apparently I called 8 hours too late. They were absolutely unhelpful and uncaring. We are now stuck with barstools that are uncomfortable to sit in. I will never order from Ashley furniture again.”
