“How can you ask me for a review on an item that was only ordered 6 days ago and I have not received. Your poor decision to use FedEx as a delivery company to save money doesn’t help with quick turnaround. You immediately receive your payment from your customers and it then becomes zero concern for you that FedEx will continue to reschedule the delivery date. As a company you know this is more frequent than not on all your shipping orders. Your response to your consumer is you cannot be responsible for any shipping delays regardless of the circumstances for the delay. And in closing I also know you are aware of the problem with how poorly the packaging arrives when removed from a FedEx vehicle. It as well is not a concern for you and you are perfectly fine for your loyal customers to just deal with it!!”

I sent pictures. I am still waiting for a response while they “view my claim”.
It should have been simple. It was broken. We will send you a new one. Why am I still waiting? It was a birthday gift. Now I will need to order another product from somewhere else. Very disappointing.”
