“The assembly instructions were only pictures no written instructions. The parts would not fit together as pictured in the instructions. When attempted to return the item for refund it was denied as I did not make the request within 72 hrs of the item being delivered. I did not even unbox the item till as week later as I waited to do it on my day off from work. I inquired about getting some assembly assistance and was told it was $119 for first hour and $99 each additional hour. The item was on sale for $104. So clearly rip off. In order for me to get the item replaced I was told I need to send detailed pictures of the problem(s) then it would be decided if it would be approved or not. So I have a glider bench that is unusable and unable to be assembled since pieces don’t fit together as pictured in the assembly instructions so I’m out $104 because I am soooo sure they will deny to replace the item despite sending detailed pictures. Very disappointed and dissatisfied in cust assistance.”
