Love the chair, but missing parts!

“We love the chair and cushions; however, we only received hardware for one chair and it has taken quite some time to resolve that issue. We are supposed to be receiving new hardware soon, but for now, we have had use of only one chair for almost a month.”

Lousy quality control and worse customer service.

“A full star is being overly generous. On 5/28, I ordered deck furniture: two swivel/glider chairs and a small table. Cushions came with it, but Ashley couldn’t even get the title of this review right. The furniture arrived on The target day, but when a friend and I assemblred the pieces, all the hardware for one of the chairs was missing - screws, washers, etc. I called Customer Service for Ashley, but the guy was useless (also difficulty understanding him). I got an e-mail asking for pictures of the damage. Fortunately there was no damage, just missing parts. I enclosed a list of the missing items and pictures of the assembly instructions. A week later I received a small packet of hardware from the manufacturer, not Ashley. Again, there were about 8-10 items essential for assembly were missing. Again, they said they’d ship this hardware promptly, but they never did. Eventually, I had to buy the missing hardware at Ace Hardware store. No apologies fro Ashley. And no accountability.”

Waiting for hardware

“Is really sad, because I like the product, but I’m really disappointed with the treatment I’ve been getting from your costumer care department. I bought this furniture for my front porch for the 4th of July holiday, cause I was having some guess over and I was not able to enjoy it, cause when I went to assemble the chairs, they only sent me hardware for one chair. I have been calling for almost two weeks to get you to send me the hardware and I haven’t received it yet. I’m very disappointed and expect some compensation for your mistake.”

Missing Pieces/Poor Customer support

“The set is beautiful and comfortable, however it was missing hardware pieces and I had to buy some in order to put together. I was essentially missing parts for 1 full chair. I reached out to the support at Manhattan Comfort, the manufacturer, and though they responded and sent hardware, the package was still missing several pieces (even though I included a full list of screws, nuts, and washers, and also a picture of the manual where the inventory is).”
