Terrible Customer Service

“On 8/5 I provided photos and items numbers via online chat and was provided a case number. I was told I would hear from a specialist via email in 3-5 business days.
On 8/6, I called to ask that my case be escalated because I was 37 weeks pregnant and want to resolve this before birth. I was told the case was escalated and I would get an email sooner than the 3-5 day timeline.
On 8/8, I called again as I had not received and email and was told I would hear back in 3-5 business days. I said I know that and I had already called previously and was given an escalated timeline. The associates assured me that a specialist had been assigned and confirmed they had already reached out to a third party vendor about the incorrect item.
On 8/13 after 5 business days I called again after still not receiving an email from a specialist. I was told they the case had not moved forward because it was missing photos. Photos were provided on the original chat and no one had reached out in the 5 business day timeframe to tell me they were waiting on photos. It sounds like it was also a lie that the third party vendor had already been contacted. I was told on the phone that now that a photo had been provided I would get an email from a specialist the same day 8/13.
It is now 8/14 and I have still not received an email from a specialist or a meaningful update. It should not be this difficult to reship an incorrect item.”
