“Not sure where or how the 47” width was measured but the seat itself is approximately 30" x 30" and the base of the stand holding it is 40" x 40”. Its nice but if you thought youd be climbing into a cloud, think again. Its comfortable but will leave you wanting a foot rest or ottoman”

Love Our New Swing

“This swing is perfect for our back deck and so comfortable. We love to just sit in it and relax. My wife and I don't get a whole lot of time to enjoy the swing because our 7 year old is always in it haha.”
