“Perfect for my back yard to relax and grab some sunshine. The directions to assemble could have been a bit clearer. The direction said 45 minutes and took me about 2 hours; although i am not that mechanical i could have used more explicit direction. this does not deter from recommending these chairs!!!”

“I ordered 2 chaise lounge chairs. Only 1 was shipped! I called Ashley and was given a new tracking number. 2 days later, it is still in the warehouse. Fed-ex has not picked it up. I called and it took 3 phone calls to speak with a representative (over 20 minutes). He said he needed to ask for a replacement and would not express ship it since I have been waiting so long. I then asked for an email verifying the replacement item and after insisting, he finally sent one.”

“The pull out serving trays both arrived broken. Rather than sending these back, we did our own repair work, however it is disappointing. The quality of the material is otherwise ok and assembly is pretty straight forward.”

“The chairs are look great and seem sturdy, I am happy with them. However, the instructions included were useless and it took WAY longer that 30 minutes to put together. I did find a video online that helped immensely. I would recommend them, just find the assembly video!”

“Arrived on time and in good condition. Assembly instructions are extremely vague to say the least so it’s kinda trial and error figuring out what the picture is actually trying to describe. Overall they look decent, materials aren’t the highest quality so I hope they hold up. You will definitely need to invest in cushions bcuz they are not comfortable to lye on without! For the price paid I would expect a little better quality and should include cushions”

“Assembly instructions were not so good. I did manage to assemble one but the tolerances are really bad that the lounger wobbles in places it should be tight, and is too stiff in the moving parts. Looks nice but not really functional due to poor tolerances and hole alignment. Ashley wouldn't let me return it to their stores, and you have to pay for return shipping which is also not my fault if the product is poorly made. I will never buy from Ashley again. Giving it 2 stars just because my unit might have been defective.”
