“So far, not so good. We were shipped two right legs, and obviously need one left and one right. Just waiting for customer service to get it handled...
The email on the paperwork for the company gets no response, but Ashley customer service did respond quickly, unfortunately they have to work with the company that does not respond.
It might be a great swing once we get it together, whenever that might be.”

“Wanted something small, simple and functional. This works. Wood is amazingly strong. 50 minutes for assembly?? I don't think so unless I had put together several before. Pictures for directions were a little confusing and I found what I think is a serious flaw. It's designed to have the chain to the front of the bench go outside the arm rests. That contorts the chain a bit and puts undo stress on the arms. Also, the very last piece didn't fit and needed some slight modification. Otherwise, I love it.”
