Poor packaging

“It would be beautiful addition to my patio except the package was damaged upon arrival and all the screws are missing. After calling customer service I was told it would be 3 to 5 business days until someone would call
Me to discuss this. I had to replace the screws since waiting that many days for replacement seems stupid to me. However the cost to buy new screws was almost $30. Parts should be packaged more securely”

“Not heavy duty. Rustic? You mean RUSTY! Cheap and thin metal. A strong breeze will blow this over and it will drip rust all over our patio. It's going back. Not worth the money at all!”
