“I sent two of these as a wedding gift. The bride and groom loved them, but they arrived broken. Broken slats and the paint and back was buckling. Part of the problem was horrid shipping and packaging. She called Ashley right away, and sent photos. She wasn’t on phone too long. They were suppose to send email within a week what they were going to do, but in four days new ones in perfect condition arrived. She said they came from another facility, and were packaged well, and they seemed better quality . There is assembly but it was okay. The chairs are perfect and comfy and look great in their yard. Guests have already used them, and are a hit. There is even a slot to slip your wine glass in. Lol. I appreciate Ashley handling the problem right away.”
