“I didn't receive the umbrella I ordered. I tried for over a week to have it picked up & their customer service team kept playing games & changing their names & claiming they sent me emails when they never did. Until I filed a claim with PayPal then they were calling me daily to take care of it. I returned everything. I bought the exact same umbrella from Walmart for a fraction of the cost! I love the one from Walmart!!”

“Great Umbrella but why would you sell this type of Umbrella without an weights to hold it down? As soon as you open it it will fall over! Talk about false advertising! The only way this Umbrella stands up on its own is if you bolt it to your patio without weights!!!! Buyer take note!”
