Disappointed – One Chair Defective and No Response from Customer Service

“I bought this 5-piece outdoor dining set from Ashley online. Three of the chairs were fine, but one chair was defective—the holes for the screws on one leg were completely misaligned, and it was impossible to assemble the chair.
I contacted customer service four times, and each time they told me to wait for an email with next steps. I also sent a formal complaint email to their official guest care team. It’s been weeks, and I have never received any reply—not even in my spam folder.
This has been a very frustrating experience. I expected better quality and customer support from Ashley. Now I am left with only three usable chairs and no help at all. I’m attaching photos and videos to show exactly what the problem is.”
