Poor design, great customer service

“Unfortunately the lounger broke in half the first time I sat on it. It has a critical design flaw in that they have drilled a hole through the stringer just in front of the backrest pivot point. The stringer is load bearing and the hole is at the point that carries the most stress. It was destined to fail.
I opted for a refund instead of replacement. 5 stars for Ashley customer service.”

“Had this for about a month, sat on it one day and the wood cracked.
Fortunately, customer service was amazing and made it right almost instantly!
So I give 2 stars for the product but 5 stars for customer service.”
