“I love this set, did not take much time to assemble ourselves with our tools. The cushions and pillows are great quality. I have my questions as to whether I should have out in direct sunlight most of the day, so nice of a set I do not want to ruin them. Delivery was on time and polite.”

“I purchased this set along with the table for my three seasons room. I am overall happy with the set, but I feel like for the money. It should come already assembled. The cushions are soft and I like that the table is a good height to eat at. I would definitely recommend the set, but I would suggest you get a ranching screwdriver with an Allen bit to put it together.”

“Unprecedented punctuality from a retailer, which is greatly appreciated. They told me when they'd be here (first they set the date and a 3-hour window, then called early within that window with a specific time of delivery - and then they showed up at exactly that time).
The furniture itself is fantastic. It looks great, fits perfectly, and is super comfortable. We spent two months looking around at all of the options, and we're incredibly happy that we chose Ashley.”

“We love this sectional so much! We get lots of compliments on it. We have four teenagers who also use it and it cleans up really well!
Great service too! We originally found this at another store but they didn’t offer any warranty. With four kids, cats and the fact it’s outdoors we really wanted the warranty. Very happy with our purchase and service!”

(I had a cushion that was strapped too tight and left two black streaks on each side of a cushion) A customer service representative contacted me about my purchase and we talked about the marks. She said she would give me a 15% discount on my purchase but per my statement I haven’t received it.”
