Chairs are too low, small throw pillows are not included

“Our chairs arrived assembled (plastic feet screwed on) and are comfortable and sturdy. The 2 pieces look identical unlike the web product pictures.
Unfortunately, the seat feels slightly low, but worse the supported back is quite low and thin, and the back cushion is simply not tall/thick enough. The overall feel is you are sitting too low with taller users feeling unsupported in the back. These chairs would be far improved by a 2-3” higher and thicker back and taller back pillows. Also note these are so low and thin in the back, that placement in front of any standard height deck railing creates a risk where someone seated can hit the back of their head on the railing.
Finally, despite the pictures showing the same throw cushions on all the Harbor Court sets, the small throw cushions were not included in our set.
We bought this Harbor Court set to evaluate buying more pieces to create a sectional, we love the modular design, but will instead be looking for something different.”
