Horrible customer service model

“I live overseas and bought the Salceda set from a family moving to a different country. One of the chair cushions is missing, and I thought that I could just order a replacement cushion from Ashley. Boy, was that a mistake. Since I didn’t have the order number, there was no way Ashley was going to work with me to sell me a replacement cushion. Any way that I tried, Ashley online or via phone couldn’t work around my not having an order number. It’s a bit ridiculous as I have the model number and am wanting to pay for the replacement. For a seat cushion. What a weak business model.”

“Horrible lounge chair.
Lounge Chair is too small the cushion didn’t fix right. The wicker looks like plastic and sharp. Very disappointed .”
