Beware of Faulty Cushions and Materials

“Buyer Beware!! We purchased this set just under 18 months ago and absolutely loved it...that is until all of the cushions began to basically fall apart...we purchased the extra insurance, thinking it would be easily replaced due to faulty materials on the cushions.. well, after three claims trying to get some sort of resolution, all were denied, and we are left with no real option to have the cushions recovered or replaced without incurring the cost, which is higher than the purchase of a new set..we even tried going to our local Ashley to see if we could purchase replacement cushions, but we were told that Ashley does not even offer replacement cushions for sale and that we would have to simply purchase a new set. We have purchased many times before Ashley and were always satisfied and loyal customers..not so much after this though.”
