“The crisscrossed straps broke a little over a year after purchasing these chaise lounges. I did not purchase the protection plan as it was more decorative and would have minimal use. My husband and I have barely used them. I weigh 140 pounds, and my husband is 210 pounds so we were really disappointed that it is broken. Since it's past a year, they said there is nothing to be done. But I think it's important to know that they won't hold up very long.”

“I think the loungers are great! I have had several compliments on them.
My only comment is the delivery system. Luckily, I was home and heard a thump on my front steps. The delivery person was just going to leave them there. I had not had a text or call to say they were coming.
The delivery person was willing to help me drag them into my house; if not, I don't know if I could have managed the weight by myself.
So, my one change would be to make sure the company in charge of delivery arranges delivery ahead of time, and will help the owner with carrying them in.
The chairs are wonderful, though.”

Sturdy and no construction flaws, very comfortable
Already received compliments, “This is what I’m talking about!”
Only assembly was attaching armrests, took a bit of fanaggeling, but not too difficult
The only little issue would be at hinge-point, where your backside rests, there’s a gap, so ya have to adjust yourself to not sit in that gap…but a small pillow will probably solve that
If they don’t fade in direct sun over time and hold-up to winters,
these will be champs”

Do not buy Kantana Lounge Chairs from Turner's Fine Furniture

“I purchased three chairs in May 2024 andcon Memorial Day, 2025, the weave in the chairs split apart in two of the chairs. The store was contacted and explained they had complaints from other customers with the same issue and they were either replacing the chairs or giving a store credit. In my case, since it has been over a year, barely, my chairs are not under warranty. My recommendation, DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR! They will not last!”
