Ashley Furniture Poor Customer Service

“Product was damaged when I opened it up. I notified them 5 minutes after the truck dropped it off to come back and pick it up. Ashley's customer service only responds by text and email. None of the phones lines work, not even at the store, nor the technician line you are supposed to call. Needless to say, I still have the boxes of damaged chairs sitting in my garage and had to do a chargeback to get my money back, since their offshore customer service department cannot communicate or understand. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again, and strongly suggest to anyone else NOT TO BUY from ASHLEY if you want to risk the same experience.”
